SACOMM always welcomes representatives from various academic journal and book publishers at its annual conference.
Below is important relevant information for publishers wishing to send representatives to the SACOMM annual conference.
All publishers are invited to display their materials at one of the conference display tables. There is no charge for the display table. If you wish to book a display table at the conference, please contact the conference convenor, Prof Anthea Garman: email@example.com
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FOR PUBLISHER REPRESENTATIVES
Representatives from publishers who attend the SACOMM conference must register for the conference and pay the conference registration fee, which covers the cost of catering per individual. Representatives from publishers are not required to register as members of SACOMM, nor pay the SACOMM membership fee. Please download the publisher registration form below, and follow the instructions therein.

There are various sponsorship opportunities available for publishers wishing to sponsor part of the SACOMM conference.
- Publishers may place advertisements in the hard-copy printed conference programme, which is distributed to each conference delegate, at the cost of an advertising fee.
- Book launches: if a publisher wishes to host a book launch at the SACOMM conference, this can be arranged for one of the lunch-time sessions. Sponsorship would here involve covering part of the cost of the catering at the book launch event.
